About the project

ROYEST is a real estate agency that guides clients through the purchase, sale, and rental of residential and commercial properties. The project included the development of a brand name and complete visual identity: logo, mark, typography, and brand color palette. The name "ROYEST" is derived from two words: Royal and Estate. Together, they establish the agency's positioning—premium real estate and service worthy of the most demanding clients. The name is short, sonorous, easy to pronounce in different languages, and works with equal confidence in the Uzbekistan market and beyond. At the heart of the mark is an architectural image of a house. The double-pitched roof reads simultaneously as both a roof and a crown silhouette, connecting the mark to the idea behind the name. Below, horizontal lines smoothly diverge from the center, forming an arched portal—a symbol of entry into a new home and open doors to a profitable deal. The supports at the edges of the composition reference classical architecture columns and convey reliability, stability, and substance—qualities clients expect from an agency when trusting it with the most expensive purchase of their life. A strict monochromatic palette emphasizes the brand's status and restrained confidence, while also enabling the mark to work with equal clarity at any scale and on any surface. A wide geometric sans-serif typeface in "ROYEST" adds solidity and scale, while a thin descriptor "Real Estate Agency" balances the composition and immediately indicates the field of activity. The logo is executed in two layouts—vertical with descriptor and horizontal—and works confidently on office signage, advertising banners at properties, business cards, contracts, listings, and digital channels.
