This Privacy Policy explains how MAZE Studio ("we", "us") collects, uses,
and protects personal data when you use our website www.maze.uz.
1. Who we are
MAZE Studio is a branding and design studio based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. For any privacy-related question, contact us at hello@maze.uz.
2. What we collect
We only collect data that you actively provide, plus minimal technical data needed to operate the site securely.
- Contact form submissions — name, email, phone, company, service interest, budget, message. Used to respond to your inquiry. Stored until the project is completed or you ask us to delete it.
- Server logs — IP address, user agent, URL, timestamp. Used for rate limiting, debugging and security. Retained for 30 days.
- Analytics — aggregated usage statistics via Yandex Metrika and Vercel Analytics (page views, country, device). Anonymised. See our Cookie Policy for detail and opt-out options.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (you submit the form), our legitimate interest in running the site, and compliance with applicable law (UZ DP-Law No. ЗРУ-547 and, where applicable, GDPR).
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers strictly required to deliver the site (Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email).
- Authorities, where we are legally obliged.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data. Email hello@maze.uz with the subject "Privacy request" and we will reply within 30 days.
6. Retention
Inquiry data is kept for up to 36 months from last contact, then deleted unless a contract obliges longer retention.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
