Branding

Strategy, identity and launch — built end to end.

Branding at MAZE means building the whole system: positioning, story, name (when needed), visual identity, voice, and the rollout kit your team needs to ship the brand across product, packaging, retail and digital. We work with founders launching a category-defining company and with established businesses entering a new market. Every engagement starts with a discovery workshop and a written strategy document — without that anchor, design becomes decoration. By the end of the project you have a brand your team can defend in a boardroom and your customers can recognise on a shelf.

How we work

    Discovery

    A 1–2 day workshop with founders and key stakeholders to map the business, audience, competition and the change you want to drive. We end with a written brief everyone signs off on.

  2. 02

    Strategy

    Positioning, brand story, audience segments and a measurable success framework. We produce a 20–30 page strategy document — your single source of truth for every decision after.

  3. 03

    Identity

    Naming if needed, then the visual system: logo, type, color, motion principles, photography direction and the rules that hold them together. Two structured rounds of feedback.

  4. 04

    Rollout

    Brand guidelines (PDF + Figma library) plus the launch kit you actually need — packaging, web, social templates, signage, presentation deck — whatever ships on day one.

Common questions

Do I need branding or rebranding?

If your business is new — or your audience, product or category has changed since the brand was made — branding from a clean slate gives the strongest result. If the brand is working but feels dated, a refresh under rebranding is enough.

Will you work with our existing logo?

Yes, if it's working. Discovery includes a brand audit — sometimes the logo stays and we rebuild everything around it; sometimes the system is what's holding the brand back.

Do you handle production and launch assets?

Yes. The rollout kit is part of every full branding engagement. We deliver press-ready packaging files, Figma libraries for your engineering team, social templates and a launch deck.

Who owns the work?

Full intellectual property transfers to you on final payment. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio after launch unless the contract says otherwise.
