Print Design
Designed for permanence.
Print is unforgiving — there's no undo, no patch release. We design print products with the printer in mind from day one: paper choice, ink coverage, bleed, color profile, finish. Books, annual reports, magazines, posters, signage, large-format — we deliver press-ready files, supervise proofs on press where the budget allows, and prefer materials that age well over those that look slick on the press release. Print is permanence; we design for it.
How we work
- 01
Brief
Format, audience, distribution, paper budget, production timeline. We define what the printed object must do — inform, persuade, archive — before we design how it looks.
- 02
Content
Editorial design starts with the text. We work with copy editors and proofreaders, define the typographic system and lay out content with the rhythm a reader can stay with.
- 03
Layout
Master grids, typography, image direction, paper choice. Two rounds of revision on representative spreads before scaling across the full document.
- 04
Production
Press-ready files in the format your printer asks for. Where budget allows, we attend press checks for color and finish — particularly for high-stakes pieces like annual reports.

Common questions
Do you work with our printer or recommend one?
Either. We have trusted printers in Tashkent and internationally — happy to recommend or pitch to your existing one. The technical handoff adapts to whoever prints.
Can you handle the copywriting?
We can. Editorial design without good copy doesn't work — if your text isn't ready, we can write or commission a copy editor. That's a separate scope from design.
What about photography?
We art-direct, brief and commission. Photography itself is a separate budget. For documentary photography (annual reports, brand books) we often work with local photographers in Tashkent.
Do you do large-format / signage?
Yes — wayfinding systems, exhibition graphics, billboards. Same approach: design with the production method in mind, supervise the first install.
